1. Scope of services

Crestwave Agency Ltd provides strategic and operational digital marketing services, including campaign planning, ad management, creative testing support, and performance optimization. Crestwave also develops AdsCove, an approval-gated operations tool for reporting and controlled advertising account changes.

2. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and account information.
• Grant required platform access for execution.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

3. Commercial terms

Specific fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in signed service agreements. Platform media spend is typically billed separately from management fees.

4. Liability and results

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors. We provide professional execution standards, but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. AdsCove and connected platform accounts

• You are responsible for authorizing only advertising accounts you are permitted to access.
• High-risk Google Ads changes, including budget, status, keyword, and campaign creation actions, may require explicit approval before execution.
• Campaign creation through AdsCove is paused by default unless a separate authorized activation action is approved.
• You may request platform disconnection or data deletion through the Data Deletion page.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
