• Google Ads account identifiers, campaign data, performance metrics, search term data, approval decisions, and tool logs when you authorize Crestwave or AdsCove to access your Google Ads account.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to provide connected-account features. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

• To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.

• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• To provide requested Google Ads API features, including reporting, negative keyword management, budget management, status management, and paused Search campaign drafts.

4. Google Ads API data use

Google Ads data is used only to provide the requested Crestwave or AdsCove features. We do not sell Google Ads data, use it for unrelated advertising products, or transfer it to third parties except service providers required to operate the product. AI clients receive only the tool results needed for the user-requested operation.

5. Account disconnection and deletion

Users can disconnect platform accounts and request deletion of stored credentials, Google Ads data, approval records, and tool logs. Instructions are available at Data Deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable under GDPR.
